Since its founding in 2000, Solutionreach has pioneered the industry’s leading PRM platform. Currently, Solutionreach supports more than 100,000 healthcare professionals at approximately 25,000 practices. The company’s PRM technology reaches 80 million patients nationwide.

In Checketts’ role as vice president of engineering, he will draw on the deep experience he gained working at Mozy and Dell EMC to guide his team to deliver industry-leading new functionality to Solutionreach customers. He plans to aggressively grow his team to continue to improve the patient-provider relationship across the healthcare journey.

In Silva’s role as vice president of information technology, he is responsible for the continued development of an innovative, robust and secure information technology environment throughout the company. This includes governance and policy, resource allocation, and information technology protocols for engineering, telecommunications, IT infrastructure and services, information security systems and compliance, administrative systems and client support services. He brings 20 years of experience in information technology at software companies to his new position.

James Wilson began his career at Solutionreach as an inside sales manager in 2013 and quickly moved up to director. In his new role as vice president of inside sales, he will leverage that experience along with skills developed over several years in past roles as a director of global sales and vice president of sales at two other software companies. His focus is on continuing to build a strong sales team capable of achieving increasing sales goals as Solutionreach continues to grow and reach new markets.

As vice president of territory sales, Mainiero will oversee a team of approximately 100 territory managers and sales representatives across the United States. Her track record of proven success makes her an ideal candidate to build, coach, and mentor a growing nation-wide sales team and support an expansion into Canada. As a former dental hygienist and Solutionreach territory representative, manager and director since 2014, she brings a unique skillset to her new role.

“In their new roles, Brent, Otto, James and Gail will help us continue to improve technology and build strong relationships with our customers,” said Jim Higgins, founder and chief executive officer of Solutionreach. “As we expand, we look forward to continuing to enable practices to have better relationships with their patients, which will strengthen patient loyalty, promote efficiency and enhance retention.”
