certain expansion and improvements to a food manufacturing facility for the Lower Properties, L.L.C.,

or any related company (the “Project”); authorizing the issuance and sale of such bonds in the principal

amount of not to exceed $5,000,000; establishing conditions which must be met at or prior to the issuance

of the revenue bonds; providing for the reimbursement from the proceeds of such bonds of expenditures

for the Project; providing for a public hearing and ratifying publication of a notice of the public hearing;

and related matters

1.
