2018 Logan Jr. Tackle Football Registration

The Logan Parks and Recreation Department will register for Logan Jr. Tackle Football on the following days:

Register Online:
Now through June 30

Register In Person:
Thursday–June 14 6:00 pm–8:00 pm
Saturday–June 16 9:00 am–12:00 pm
Thursday–June 21 6:00 pm–8:00 pm
Saturday–June 30 9:00 am–12:00 pm

Fee:
$105 (jersey cost included, good through 2018)

Deposit:
$150 (separate check for equipment deposit)

Equipment Issue:
Week of July 9

Logan Jr. Tackle Football Documents Needed:
• Logan City Utility Bill • Birth Certificate
• Proof Of Insurance • Proof Of Physical

Season begins in August.
