2018 Logan Jr. Tackle Football Registration Extended

The Logan Parks and Recreation Department has extended registration for Logan Jr. Tackle Football:

Register Online:
Now through Saturday, July 7

Register In Person:
Thursday–July 5 6:00 pm–8:00 pm
Saturday–July 7 9:00 am–12:00 pm

Fee:
$105 (jersey cost included, good through 2018)

Deposit:
$150 (separate check for equipment deposit)

Equipment Issue:
Week of July 16

Logan Jr. Tackle Football Documents Needed:
• Logan City Utility Bill • Birth Certificate
• Proof Of Insurance • Proof Of Physical

Dr. Morgan will be at the Logan Community Recreation Center, 195 South 100 West, on Saturday, July 7 to aid those who need physicals for a fee of $30.

Season begins in August.
