Subsentio® Acquires 50 Percent Interest in Counter Link and Names Counter Link President Glen Myers to Subsentio’s Board

DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Subsentio today announced that it has acquired a 50 percent interest in
Counter Link, a leading provider of advanced solutions used for targeted
collection of communications, in a move that advances Subsentio’s
control of intellectual property of technologies vital to lawful,
court-ordered intercept of terrorist and criminal communications.

In tandem with this stock-for-stock transaction, Subsentio has named
Counter Link president Dr. Glen Myers a member of Subsentio’s Board, a
group of eight counselors and investors chosen for their decades of
senior experience in the global telecommunications industry.

“This exclusive relationship with a leader in lawful intercept aligns us
with Counter Link and gives us the flexibility to respond to tech
changes quickly – and meet the needs of our customers at a pace
unmatched in the industry,” said Steve Bock, president and CEO of
Subsentio.

“As a long-standing leader in the lawful intercept sector and chair of
the ATIS committee on lawfully authorized electronic surveillance, Glen
Myers is an important addition to Subsentio’s Board,” said Rich Grange,
a 30-year veteran of the telecom industry and member of the Subsentio
Board. “Whole generations of lawful intercept experts have learned their
craft from Dr. Myers, and today use the very standards he has helped
develop.”

Prior to Counter Link, Dr. Myers was CEO of IP Fabrics, a company
producing interception solutions, and was founder and CEO of RadiSys,
Inc. Earlier in his career he held senior positions at Intel and IBM.
Dr. Myers has a PhD in computer science from New York University, and
has authored eight texts on computer science and engineering.
