Ten Lithia Motors, Inc. Stores Named “Best Dealerships to Work For” by Automotive News

MEDFORD, Ore.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–“It feels good to know our employees are happy to work here,” said Steve
Handler, General Manager at Audi of Oxnard, one of ten Lithia Motors,
Inc. (NYSE: LAD) stores being recognized and awarded as the “Best
Dealerships to Work For” in 2018.
Automotive News’ annual list, now in its 6th year, gives
dealerships across the nation the special designation as “one of the
best” based on positive feedback from employees. A survey distributed to
nominated stores helps to measure employee satisfaction.

Dealerships to Work For program,” said Bryan DeBoer, President and CEO
of Lithia Motors. He added, “It’s a great example of our mission Growth

For Lithia’s Tim Hlavenka, General Manager of DCH Montclair Acura and
four-time recipient of the honor, the results of the competition hold a
lot of weight. “This is my favorite award because it’s so nice to know
that the people who work here enjoy coming to work and our customers
feel it,” he explains. “To know that we have created a good atmosphere,
makes me feel good.”
Along with the aforementioned Audi of Oxnard and DCH Montclair, Audi of
Des Moines, DCH Honda Temecula, DCH Kay Honda, DCH Lexus of Oxnard, DCH
Millburn Audi, Honolulu Volkswagen, Island Honda and Lithia Hyundai of
Reno have all been recognized for their extraordinary staff experience
and team morale.
