Anthem Expands Affordable Mountain Health Plan to Small and Large Employers in Northwestern Colorado
DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–With the shared goal of increasing access to affordable healthcare in
the region, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and HMO Colorado (Anthem)
announced the expansion of its lower cost mountain health plan to large
and small group employers in Moffat and Rio Blanco counties.
Anthem’s Mountain Enhanced Network HMO was created in collaboration with
Memorial Regional Health and their network of clinics and physicians.
This new benefits plan will be available to employers and their
employees this fall, and will take effect Jan. 1, 2019.

Blanco counties access to quality care that is affordable and close to

Anthem consumers will get the most out of their HMO benefits and save on
out-of-pocket costs when they receive covered medical services from
Memorial Regional Health and their affiliated clinics and physicians.

nurse line and health and wellness programs like Condition Care, which
provides a case manager to Anthem consumers who have complex medical
conditions.
