Daniel Kolk, Ph.D., Joins XCR Diagnostics, Inc.

SALT LAKE CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Daniel Kolk, Ph.D., who has over 20 years of experience in IVD
development, joins XCR Diagnostics as the company’s Vice President of
Clinical Development. Kolk will be responsible for Clinical Assay
Development, Assay Integration and Clinical Trials. His prior experience
as Hologic Senior Director Product Development will accelerate XCR
Diagnostics’ commercial systems development program. He led the recent
development and FDA clearance of multiple respiratory assays on
Hologic’s Panther Fusion System. In addition, he previously made major
contributions to the development of HPV and blood screening products at
Gen-Probe.
