Rail System Expansion Keeps up With Clean Energy Demand
CASPER, Wyo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Transportation Partners and Logistics, LLC (TP&L) announced today
that it began a $4.1 million dollar construction project
in Pensacola, Florida that will allow a major wind OEM to double its
capability to rail machine heads and hubs at its Pensacola factory.
By reengineering its current rail system, the expansion will allow the
company to load up to twenty rail cars per shift, up from its current
limit of ten. Construction began this week and completion is scheduled
the first week of February, 2019.
