Aimco Announces Quarterly Common Dividend of $0.38 Per Share

DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”) (NYSE: AIV)
announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash
dividend of $0.38 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter
ended September 30, 2018, an increase of 6% compared to the dividends
paid during 2017. This dividend is payable on November 30, 2018, to
stockholders of record on November 16, 2018.
