Stephen Wakeling to Speak on Workforce Communication and Employee Engagement at Kronos Works Conference

Phobio’s CEO to share the stage with MarketSource technology
partners to discuss the mobilized millennial workforce and the
expectations of technology integration

LAS VEGAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#AI–Stephen Wakeling, CEO of Phobio, the company that created Rodio, will
attend and speak at this year’s Kronos Works Conference. Wakeling is
scheduled to present on Tuesday, November 6, during a session titled
“The Scheduling, Messaging, and Engagement of the Millennial Workforce”.

The discussion will look at how the mobilized millennial workforce – the largest
generation in the U.S. labor force
– has specific expectations of
how technology should work and how it should be integrated in their
lives.

Rodio is an AI-powered workforce communication platform, designed to
solve complex internal communications and employee engagement
challenges. In August of this year, the company announced
that MarketSource selected Rodio as a technology partner to help build
its Representative Engagement Platform (REP) and to drive workforce
communications, engagement, and execution across tens of thousands of
retail locations.

“Rodio was created to tailor the shape of an organization,” says
Wakeling, “so, when MarketSource approached us to work with them on
their Workforce Dimension tool, we were thrilled. It’s our mission to
make sure that company structures and employees are supported and
informed – ethically and based on type of employment.”

Rodio provides MarketSource with a centralized workforce communication
and collaboration system to deliver timely messages to front-line
employees using iOS and Android devices. It enables MarketSource to
educate and notify sales representatives on pertinent promotions and
corporate updates; significantly improving their ability to positively
impact the customer experience while also driving operational
efficiencies.

A panel discussion featuring Wakeling will follow, which will focus in
on how organizations can encourage engaged and productive millennial
workforces.
