Vacasa Expands Homeowner Services with Launch of Community Association Management

PORTLAND, Ore.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Today, Vacasa,
the largest vacation rental management company in North America with
more than 10,600 homes in its portfolio, announced it has again expanded
its services with the launch of Vacasa
Community Association Management.
Already the leader in vacation rental property management, Vacasa
launched its real estate arm, Vacasa
Real Estate, in July. Vacasa Community Association Management is the
latest service extension from the company, which will provide management
services to vacation rental homeowners through their respective
community associations.
The Vacasa Community Association Management team brings more than five
decades of experience to clients, and is led by Vacasa Chief Operations
Officer Bob Milne and Director of Homeowner Associations Meghan
Lutterman, who carries her community association management (CAM) and
certified manager of community associations (CMCA) licenses. Milne and
Lutterman are supported by a team of highly experienced association
management professionals across the country, specializing in operations,
asset management, legal and finance.

Jaco, Costa Rica, and is expanding into markets where Vacasa manages its
10,600 properties.
