Matt Dawson (BA French 2008) is currently director of Talent Development for Amazon Global Security Operations where he leads Learning and Development, Knowledge Management, and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Previously, he was a risk analyst for Shell Oil and spent several years in the financial services industry, including roles at PRGX International and the World Bank.
