PPC Flexible Packaging Announces Acquisition of Temkin International

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–PPC Flexible Packaging, LLC, a leading provider of custom flexible
packaging for specialty food and healthcare markets, today announced the
acquisition of Payson, Utah–based Temkin International.

PPC, headquartered in Buffalo Grove, IL, is a leader in flexographic
printing and converting of flexible films, bags and pouches. PPC is a
recognized pioneer in cleanroom packaging for healthcare and medical
applications, “better for you” snack organic brands, produce, pet food
and bakery. The firm operates three manufacturing facilities in Buffalo
Grove, IL, Mission, KS, and Rome, GA. Its facilities are SQF and
ISO-9001 certified. Founded in 1968, PPC strives to provide the highest

Temkin International, founded in 1980 and headquartered in Payson, UT
has provided customers with superior packaging products by focusing on
