MITY Announces the Appointment of a New President

role of President. Over the past three years, Galbraith has served as
the Chief Operating Officer for MITY, a global market leader of
professionally designed, highly durable banquet, meeting, event and
dining furniture.

In his role as COO, Galbraith oversaw the business operation of
engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality improvement. As
President, he will manage all internal departments and guide their
efforts to create meaningful products that deliver significant value for
MITY customers.

feedback, so we can deliver products that truly fit their needs,” said
Galbraith. “I have an interest in modernizing the organization to
improve our processes in ways that benefit our customers while creating

Before joining MITY, Galbraith served as Executive Director of Strategy
for Sealed Air Corporation, a Fortune 500 organization with multifaceted
manufacturing operations. He holds a master’s degree in business from
Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from BYU-Idaho.
Galbraith has also achieved a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
