Forbes Names Vivint Smart Home One of America’s Best Employers for Diversity in 2019

announced Forbes named it one of “America’s
Best Employers for Diversity” in 2019. This list recognizes 500
companies across all industries that demonstrate a dedication to
diversity and an outstanding work culture. This accolade follows
Vivint’s inclusion on Forbes’ “America’s Best Employers” list
last year.

Forbes named Vivint one of “America’s Best Employers” in 2015 and
2018, and also included Vivint on its list of “America’s Most Promising
Companies” in 2013. The compensation, culture and career monitoring
company Comparably also recognized Vivint as a “Best
Company for Diversity” in 2018.
Forbes worked with research firm Statista to compile the
“America’s Best Employers for Diversity” list based on an independent
survey of more than 50,000 U.S. employees working for companies
employing at least 1,000 people in their U.S. operations. The survey
asked employees to give their opinion on a series of statements on the
topics of age, gender equality, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ+ and
general diversity concerning their employer.
