USU Holds Open House for New Title IX Coordinator and AAEO Director

Utah State University’s Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity office has undergone changes over the last few months with the hiring of three new staff members. With its significant authority to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct and discrimination, the AAEO office staff is key to ensuring a safe and nondiscriminatory working, learning and living environment on the USU campus.

USU Provost Frank Galey invites faculty, staff and students to meet and get to know the new AAEO Director, Alison Adams-Perlac, USU’s new Title IX Coordinator, Hilary Renshaw, as well as other members of the AAEO staff: Emmalee Fishburn (sexual misconduct prevention specialist), Scott Bodily and Robert Nieman (AAEO specialists) and Carolyn Baker (senior staff assistant).

Please join us for an open house and light refreshments on Thursday, Jan. 31, from 4-5:30 p.m. in the lobby of the Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art on the USU Logan campus. Provost Galey will give a short introduction at 4:30 p.m. 

After meeting AAEO staff, attendees are invited to tour the newly remodeled museum and NEHMA’s newest collection, “Collecting on the Edge, Part 2,” which made its debut on Jan. 17. The museum is open until 7 p.m. on Thursdays.
