SALEM, Ore.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Oregon Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB: ORBN) (the “Company”), parent company of
Willamette Valley Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors
declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share payable on March 15,
2019 to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2019.
“Our exceptional earnings in 2018 enable us to reward our shareholders
with our third consecutive special dividend,” said Neil Grossnicklaus,
