SALT LAKE CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Co-Diagnostics, Inc. (Nasdaq: CODX), a molecular
diagnostics company with a unique, patented platform for the development
of molecular diagnostic tests, announced today that it has received
written notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) Listing
Qualifications Staff on February 19, 2019, indicating that the Company
has regained compliance with the minimum stockholders’ equity
requirement as set forth in Nasdaq Capital Markets Listing Rule
5550(b)(1). Nasdaq considers the matter closed.
