Nourishing Nordics: Sustainable Foodways of Scandinavia

Nourishing Nordics will explore sustainable foods of Scandinavia to kick-off Earth Week 2019, hosted by USU’s Blue Goes Green Sustainability Office. Attendees will sample free sustainable foods and beverages, with local, organic, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. There will be a variety of sustainable living vendors to educate about recycling, organic farming, fair-trade, composting, and edible plants. Several Scandinavian and pioneer heritage groups will also be there with family history opportunities to trace your Viking roots. Salt Lake Scandinavian Music and Dance will perform.
