2019 Logan Jr. Tackle Football Registration Extended

The Logan Parks and Recreation Department has extended registration
for Logan Jr. Tackle Football:

Register Online:
Now through Saturday, July 13

Fee:
$80 registration fee
$25 jersey fee (if needed)
Deposit: $150 (separate check for equipment deposit)

Equipment Issue: Week of July 15

Logan Jr. Tackle Football Documents Needed:
• Logan City Utility Bill • Birth Certificate
• Proof Of Insurance • Proof Of Physical

Season begins in August.
