New agreement begins as extensive renovations are underway at the popular retail property
WEST JORDAN, Utah–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#CanyonCorners—CenterCal announced today it will partner with Foursquare Properties and BIG Shopping Centers USA, Inc. (BIG USA) at Jordan Landing to help realize a new vision for the 20+ year-old property through an extensive redevelopment project that will enhance the property’s visiting, dining, shopping and community gathering experience.
BIG Shopping Centers USA, Inc. (BIG USA) is a subsidiary of the Israeli parent company BIG Shopping Centers, Ltd. (TASE: BIG), a real estate company publicly traded in the top TASE 125 Index at a market value close to $1 billion. BIG USA is a full-scale retail shopping center company based in Phoenix, Arizona, with over $1.2 billion in U.S. assets.
With the 24-screen Cinemark Theatre as its anchor, The Plaza (previously called the Entertainment Village) will include family-friendly features such as a splash-pad area with pop-up jets and fountains, fire pits, outdoor seating for families and friends to gather and visit, and soon-to-be announced additional dining options for guests.
Additionally, Jordan Landing will feature a number of new tenants, including At Home and Burlington, which have already opened, as well as upcoming new offerings such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Lucky 13 (an award-winning dining location that currently holds the title of “Best Burger in Utah”), Crumbl (specializing in homemade cookies), Rita’s Italian Ices and O’Crab (a Cajun seafood restaurant).
Also recently opened at Jordan Landing are Altitude Trampoline Park near the Cinemark Theatres, Xfinity by Comcast, Kay Jewelers and Roxberry (offering smoothies, bowls and pressed juices).

Foursquare Properties and BIG USA will work closely with CenterCal Properties to assist in the leasing of the property. It is a natural partnership, given CenterCal’s success in creating some of the most successful and desirable retail destinations in the western United States. The company’s properties include Station Park in Farmington, Utah; Mountain View Village in Riverton, Utah; The Village at Meridian in Meridian, Idaho; The Veranda in Concord, California; and Bridgeport Village in Tigard, Oregon.
