The literary horror writer Brian Evenson will present a reading. In addition to being a prolific writer, Brian is a gifted teacher as well, having taught at several of the most prestigious writing programs in the United States, including the University of Denver and Cal Arts. He is the author of a dozen books of fiction, most recently the story collections ‘Song for the Unraveling of the World/ (Coffee House Press 2019); his novel ‘Last Days’ won the American Library Association’s award for Best Horror Novel of 2009.
