CHaSS Alumni Lunch Panel: Tips on become Event Specialists

Please join us as alumni Staci Dame (Speech Communication ’08) and Joey McKnight (Journalism ’13) share their experiences managing events for some of Utah’s major players.

Staci Meacham Dame is an Event Specialist at Leavitt Partners, a health care intelligence business helping clients navigate the evolving role of value in health care. She coordinates 30+ annual events through organized planning, project management, onsite execution, and post-event reconciliation nationwide.

Joey McKnight is a Director of Events and Sponsorships, part-time HR manager, and occasional member of the janitorial staff at One World. One World is an event company that produces a pair of international event series known as Color Vibe and Water Lantern Festival. He and his team travel the country staging more than 50 events for up to 10 months out of the year.
