Groundbreaking of the premier office development to take place Q3 2020
DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#SchnitzerWest–Schnitzer West, one of the West Coast’s leading real estate investment, development and property management companies, today announced plans to develop Westray, a three premier Class-A office towers in Centennial, Colorado. The three sixteen-story buildings will be located at 6363 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard, a nearly 11-acre site across from Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater and just west of the Village Center light rail station.
Westray will be developed in phases, with the first phase of the project to begin in Q3 2020. Phase one will include the development of a tower with approximately 290,000 rentable-square-feet. The building will offer an efficient standard floor plate size of 31,500 RSF and a parking ratio of 3.0 per 1,000 RSF. Construction of phase one will be completed in approximately 24 months.

Project architect Fentress Architects will work with general contractor The Weitz Company to develop the three-building complex. Other project team members include structural and civil engineers DCI Engineers, MTech Mechanical, Weifield Group Contracting, Russel + Mills and Avenue Interior Design.
