Violet's Journey

USU Opera Theatre is privileged to present yet another musical theatre production in our series for our differently-abled VIP audiences. Violet, a young woman born with a facial deformity, travels to Gilead in hopes that a traveling preacher there will heal her. Arriving with new-found friends she finds unexpected healing in the unlikeliest of places.
“Violet’s Journey”, an arrangement of two beloved musicals highlighting themes of self-acceptance, was specifically adapted to provide enriching and participatory opportunities for our differently-abled VIP guests that are otherwise unable to attend musical theatre due to audience expectations.
