Join us to celebrate women of the Uintah Basin and their social impacts. Keynote speaker, Emma Houston, Director of Diversity & Inclusion for the Salt Lake County’s Mayor’s Office of Diversity Affairs will share the history and importance of women in Utah. Learn about the woman’s suffrage movement and register to vote. We will also screen “Iron Jawed Angels�, a docudrama about a fiery American suffragette who lights a fire under the older women’s leaders in Washington D.C.
