Symposium: Voting Rights 1870~1920~1965~2020 (Friday agenda)

This two-day interdisciplinary symposium commemorates the anniversaries in 2020 of the the historic events that gave political rights to women. Primary events for Friday (second day):
— Roundtable: Utah in the National Debate, moderated by Christy Glass, Sociology professor
— Speaker Selina Gallo-Cruz, College of the Holy Cross, on “Invisibility, Resistance, and Women’s Political Power”
— Reception and short arts program (Hampton Inn) with performances by poets Star Coulbrooke and Katherine Van Shaar
— Screening with introduction and discussion: UNLADYLIKE2020 with Executive Producer Sandra Rattley
