Utah Women & Leadership Project

Founder & Director of the Utah Women & Leadership Project, Professor Dr. Susan R. Madsen will be discussing the historical aspects of Utah women voting rights taking place a 150 years ago, as well as the current motivations for girls and women to seek out leadership and representational roles throughout the country. Professor Madsen is the Orin R. Woodbury Professor of Leadership and Ethics in the Woodbury School of Business at Utah Valley University. She has been heavily involved for decades in researching the lifetime development of prominent women leaders and has personally interviewed a host of women university presidents, U.S. governors, and international leaders.
