In 2019, the Lyric Rep brought you THE GREAT SOCIETY which chronicled the second term of President Lyndon B. Johnson. This summer, weâ€ve invited the cast and director of THE GREAT SOCIETY to return and present the prequel, ALL THE WAY, which depicts LBJâ€s first term in office as he works to establish the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This regional premiere will feature a live showing of a digital recording.

Dr. Justin Watkins, DO will present on first aid needed in the wilderness. Dr. Watkins recently completed his Residency in Family Medicine and Wilderness Medicine in Billings, Montana. He and his wife met at Utah State University Brigham City and they and their 3 children are avid rock climbers, mountain bikers, and back-country/downhill skiers. He is currently working at the Medical Arts Center Clinic in Brigham City.

Weber Community Opioid Education Dinner

We will discuss the current state of the opioid crisis in our communities as well as real-world ways that you can help support loved ones and get the support that you need. Tickets are free for Weber County community members 18 years and older and include dinner. Space is limited so register now! Although the events are virtual, to receive the take-out dinner and swag bag, attendees need to register for the event in their area. After you register, you will receive instructions for accessing the Zoom meeting.

Event Details:
Dinner will be provided by the Sonora Grill (2310 Kiesel Ave, Ogden). You’ll be able to pick up your dinner and swag bag on May 13 from 4:45pm – 5:45pm. The event will begin promptly at 6:00pm and end at 7:30pm.
