Prior to joining JANE.com, Denoon served as eBay’s Director of North America Business Operations where she significantly applied a distinctly data-driven approach to improve merchandizing operations, propelling an incremental $100 million sales during the critical holiday window in 2015. She also served as the eBay’s Head of Operations within their deals platform where she implemented financial process and controls that drove 47% budget efficiency across multimillion-dollar promotions and operations budget while improving revenue by 33%. Other leadership roles she has held include Director of Business Excellence at eBay and Director of Technology Operations at General Electric Healthcare.
