CVP Partners with Two Practices in Dayton, Ohio

DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#Denver–Revelstoke Capital Partners (“Revelstoke”), a Denver-based private
equity firm, announced today that its portfolio company CEI Vision
Partners, LLC (“CVP”), a leading ophthalmology management services
organization, has completed partnerships with Retina Physicians and
Surgeons, Inc. (“RPS”) and Dayton Eye Associates, Inc. (“DEA”).
DEA has 12 leading ophthalmologists and optometrists who specialize in a
range of eye disorders including the treatment of cataract, glaucoma,
oculoplastics, corneal disease, pediatric ophthalmology, and
neuro-ophthalmology. DEA serves patients in three locations in the
Dayton area.
RPS has 5 leading ophthalmologists who specialize in diagnosis and
treatment of retinal diseases, such as macular degeneration, diabetic
retinopathy, retinal tears and detachment, uveitis, and other diseases.
RPS serves patients in two offices in Dayton and Troy.
In May 2018, Revelstoke and Cincinnati Eye Institute (“CEI”), one of the
largest and most highly-regarded ophthalmology practices in the country,
formed CVP to support the growth of leading ophthalmology practices. The
partnerships with DEA and RPS expand CVP’s geographic presence and scale
– combined, CVP’s partner practices comprise over 75 providers who
complete over 300,000 annual patient encounters and over 30,000 annual
surgical procedures in 19 clinics and 4 ambulatory surgical centers
across 3 states.
Similar to CEI, DEA and RPS’s physician shareholders will retain
ownership through CVP and, along with their existing employees, will
continue in their current roles.
