Cache Symphony Orchestra
The Cache Symphony Orchestra was created over 35 years ago as a way for community members in the Cache Valley region to make music, meet with fellow musicians, and provide another source of fine classical music to the community. The Orchestra is made up of community volunteers. It started with only a handful of musicians and has grown to a grand symphony with over 100 members. The orchestra performs on the campus of Utah State University twice a year: winter and spring.
This winter’s performance will feature Gustav Holst’s The Planets as well as Felix Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto, Mvt 1.
