Got a great culture? WorldBlu is now accepting applications for the
13th annual WorldBlu List of Freedom-Centered Workplace Cultures 2019.
Organizations with 10 or more employees are invited to apply.
BOULDER, Colo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–lt;a href=”https://twitter.com/hashtag/culture?src=hash” target=”_blank”gt;#culturelt;/agt;–WorldBlu, a company specializing in developing freedom-centered
workplace cultures, today announced it is now accepting applications for
the 13th annual WorldBlu
List of Freedom-Centered Workplace Cultures. Organizations from
all sectors that have been in operation for at least one year with 10 or
more employees and $1 million in annual revenue may apply for free for
this prestigious global certification.
Well-known brands that have received certification as a WorldBlu
certified Freedom-Centered Culture include DaVita, Mindvalley, The
WD-40 Company, Zappos, Hulu, Pandora, and hundreds more worldwide,
representing a diversity of industries.
“Workplace cultures that foster freedom with accountability attract
and retain top talent, grow the bottom-line faster, and are changing our
world for the better,” explains Traci Fenton, WorldBlu’s Founder and
CEO. “We are committed to recognizing and honoring these organizations
worldwide.”
Examples of freedom-centered workplace cultures include The WD-40
Company, which recently implemented full compensation transparency
to employees throughout the Americas, allowing independent access to job
descriptions, salary levels, and career structures; Widen, which
gives power to their people by paying for each employee to work with a
coach to develop purpose and vision statements for their life; and Azimut,
which decentralizes decision-making so everyone is involved in strategic
decisions, regardless of their job title.
Organizations are eligible for certification as a WorldBlu
Freedom-Centered Culture after employees complete a short, yet rigorous
assessment that evaluates their practice of organizational democracy at
an individual employee, leadership, and systems and processes level and
achieve the minimum standard score required.
All organizations that make The WorldBlu List of Freedom-Centered
Cultures 2019 will be recognized on May 14, 2019. They will also be
invited to an annual conference and awards ceremony later in the year.
Organizations interested in applying should complete the short
application found on WorldBlu’s website at www.worldblu.com.
