Upwell Health Appoints Mary Langowski to Board of Directors

Former CVS Health executive will help Upwell Health innovate and
navigate the evolving healthcare landscape

people with chronic conditions, today announced that Mary Langowski has
joined its Board of Directors. With over 20 years of healthcare
experience, Langowski’s industry knowledge will help Upwell strengthen
healthcare partnerships and ultimately enable its members to better
manage chronic conditions.

Langowski is an established leader with a successful track record of
growing businesses and driving new market opportunities. As executive
vice president/chief strategy and corporate development officer at CVS
Health, she developed programs and partnerships to improve the consumer
healthcare experience, including telehealth and chronic disease
programs. Langowski also helped facilitate the organization’s evolution
as a healthcare company, managed its growth strategy, and led
foundational pieces of the health plan acquisition.

her current role as CEO of Rising Tide, a boutique consultancy, Mary
serves on the Board of Directors for Avantia Health, BioMatrix Specialty
Pharmacy, and Solera Health.

Langowski joins Upwell during a period of rapid growth and
transformation. This year alone, the company has announced the
appointment of Patrick Grosso as CFO, implemented a new partner pharmacy
strategy, and launched UpwellBeing.com,
a website designed to help people living with heart health, mental
health, diabetes, and dermatological conditions take proactive steps
