Logan City Park System Reminder

Logan Parks and Recreation Department, 195 South 100 West, would like to remind the general public slacklines and hammocks are not permitted in City parks. Please do not tie anything to trees or park structures in accordance with Logan City Ordinance 12.12.140. Trees are one of the greatest assets in our public park system.

“It is unlawful for any person to cut, carve, break, transplant, remove, mutilate or otherwise damage or kill any tree on city property without necessary permit(s) and without abiding by the arboricultural regulations of the city; to attach any rope, wire, nails, advertising posters or other contrivance to any tree on city property.”
