today announced the launch of four new menus: Lean & Clean, Heart Smart,
Mediterranean, and Pescatarian with the goal of offering home cooks the

lifestyle. The menus, developed by Executive Chef Dana Murrell, are
currently available for order and will begin shipping nationwide on
January 21, 2018.

and lean proteins to provide satisfying, perfectly-portioned meals.
Meals do not contain dairy, gluten, soy, or added sugar for a menu
full of clean ingredients. -
Heart Smart: Created for calorie-conscious home cooks who like
to plan meals with their heart in mind. This menu includes loads of
veggies and focuses on “good fats” for a dinner that’s easy on the
heart. -
Mediterranean: Based on the traditional cooking style of
countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea, the main emphasis of this
meal plan is on whole grains, vibrant vegetables, and “good fats” from
nuts, seeds, and oil. -
Pescatarian: The essential meal plan for customers who prefer a
plant-based diet combined with sustainably-sourced seafood. This menu
combines organic produce with omega-3-rich wild-caught seafood
recommended by The Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch® program for
sustainable sourcing.
Meal choice is also now available on the Mediterranean, Heart Smart,
Omnivore, Keto, Gluten-Free, Pescatarian, Vegetarian, and Paleo meal
plans, providing up to six delicious options to choose from each week.
